Abstract
This research was done to investigate and analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employees’ performance mediated by motivation in PT PANN Pembiayaan Maritim. This research employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory design. Probability sampling method was done to randomly select 111 employees as the samples of this research. Questionnaires were distributed to collect the intended data. The obtained data were then quantitatively analyzed using SEM-PLS statistical measures. The result of the data analysis showed that organizational culture, leadership and motivation had partial positive and significant influence on employees’ performance organizational culture and leadership shared partial significant and positive influence on employees’ performance mediated by work motivation Keywords : Organizational Culture, Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di mediasi oleh motivasi pada PT PANN Pembiayaan Maritim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya eksplanatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan metode random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 111 karyawan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, kemudian data penelitian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat statistik SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan secara partial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dimediasi oleh motivasi. Kata kunci : Budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan.
