Abstract
This study analyzed the impact of performance appraisal, career management, motivation on employee PLN Batu Bara productivity in South Jakarta. This study aimed to find out and analyze how much impact that performance appraisal, career management, motivation on employee PLN Batu Bara productivity. This research used the quantitative approach with survey method. The sampling was done by saturated sample, all populations used sample research. Obtained a total of 37 respondents as a sample. Meanwhile, analysis technique that being used are multiple linier regression analysis. Result of this study indicated that the performance appraisal and motivation had not significant of productivity, but career management had significant of productivity. The company must improve career management, socialize the career path regularly to all divisions and each employee can be trusted the same position in accordance with the achievement of work that reaches. Studi ini menganalisis Pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi Kerja, Manajemen Karir, dan Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PLN Batu Bara Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penilaian prestasi kerja, manajemen karier dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan PLN Batu Bara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sampel jenuh, yang menggunakan semua responden sebagai sampel penelitian sebanyak 37 responden. Sementara itu, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian prestasi kerja dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja PLN Batu Bara sedangkan variabel manajemen karier berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Perusahaan harus meningkatkan manajemen karir, mensosialisasikan jenjang karir secara berkala kepada seluruh divisi dan setiap karyawan dapat menduduki jabatan yang sama sesuai dengan prestasi kerja yang dicapai oleh setiap karyawan.
