Abstract
Traveling is one of the human needs that needs to be fulfilled. By traveling, it is hoped that it will provide a new atmosphere as a refreshing mind and body for routines in tiring daily work. With the existence of hotels and resorts and facilities inside, it is expected to be able to compete with similar buildings and be able to meet the needs of tourism and increase the desire of local and foreign tourists to visit. The use of Neo-Vernacular building concepts and green architecture is applied to building elements. The application of materials, ornaments and local forms aims to provide a natural, local and comfortable space experience for users. Keyword: Hotel and Resort, Neo Vernacular, Green Architecture. Berwisata merupakan salah satu kebutuhan manusia yang perlu dipenuhi. Dengan berwisata diharapkan akan memberikan suasana baru sebagai penyegar pikiran dan tubuh manusia akan rutinitas dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari yang melelahkan. Dengan adanya hotel dan resort serta fasilitas yang ada didalamnya diharapkan mampu bersaing dengan bangunan serupa dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan berwisata dan meningkatkan keinginan wisatawan lokal dan luar negeri untuk berkunjung. Penggunaan konsep bangunan Neo-Vernakular dan arsitektur hijau diterapkan pada elemen-elemen bangunan. Penerapan material, ornamen dan bentuk lokal bertujuan untuk memberi pengalaman ruang yang alami, lokal dan nyaman bagi para pengguna. Kata Kunci: Hotel dan Resort, Neo Vernakular, Arsitektur Hijau
