Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of compensation and transformational leadership on organizational commitment and it is implications on turnover intention at PT. SEI Jakarta. This research was conducted at PT. SEI, with the number of respondents as many as 59 employees or the entire employee population of PT. SEI. In determining the sample of this study, the authors conducted data collection conducted through interviews and questionnaires. Then in the data analysis, the authors used data analysis techniques in this study using simple correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques with SmartPLS version 3, so that the results obtained subsequently showed that compensation had negative effects not significant on organizational commitment and had no significant positive effect on turnover intention , transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative and very significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: turnover intention, organizational commitment, compensation, transformational leadership. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganilisis pengaruh kompensasi dan kepemimpinan transformational terhadap komitmen organisasi dan Implikasinya pada turnover intention di PT. SEI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. SEI, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 59 karyawan atau seluruh populasi karyawan PT. SEI. Pada penentuan sampel penelitian ini, penulis melakukan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. Kemudian pada analisis data, penulis menggunakan teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana dan regresi berganda dengan bantuan SmartPLS versi 3, sehingga hasil yang diperoleh selanjutnya menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan sangat signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci: turnover intention, komitmen organisasi, kompensasi, kepemimpinan transformasional.
