Abstract

This Research purpose to analyze the influence from Mechanism of Good Corporate Governance (Institional Ownership, Public Ownership), and Intellectual Capital on the profitability of companies that are ranked among the Jakarta Islamic Index in BEI. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis.. The results showed that the mechanisms of good corporate governance in the proxy variables of institutional ownership and public ownership negatively affect profitability. But intellectual capital while no significant effect on profitability. Key Words : Profitability, Institional Ownership, Public Ownership, Intellectual Capital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari Mekanisme Good Corporate Governance (Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Publik), dan Modal Intelektual terhadap Profitabilitas perusahaan yang masuk peringkat Jakarta Islamic Index di BEI. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mekanisme Good Corporate Governance yang di proksikan dengan variabel kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan publik berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas. sedangkan modal intelektual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Kata kunci :Profitabilitas, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan publik, Modal Intelektual.
