Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyse the impact of fundamental factor against stock return of Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study used financial ratio analysis, where is liquidity ratio used Current Ratio (CR), activity ratio used Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), solvability ratio used Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability ratio used Return On Equity (ROE), market price ratio used Price To Book Value (PBV), and company size used Total Asset (TA). The study was conducted with quantitative methods, data analysis conducted by panel data analysis. The independent variables consists CR, TATO, DER, ROE, TA, and PBV, and the dependent variable is the stock return. The sample of this study is 41 property, real estat and bulding construction companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The results showed (1) DER and PBV partially have positive significant effect toward the stock return of Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) TATO partially have negative significant effect toward the stock return of Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and another variable (3) CR, TA, and ROE have no significant effect toward the stock return of Property, Real Estate, and Building Construction Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016.
