Abstract

Gas metana dihasilkan dari sumur gas landfill (Well Landfill Gas/LFG) yang berasal dari proses penumpukan sampah di TPA Sukawinatan. TPA Sukawinatan memiliki 50 well LFG yang terhubung pada 16 pipa subheader yang kemudian dipergunakan sebagai bahan bakar gas engine. Agar mendapatkan sumur yang nilai metananya memenuhi kebutuhan gas Engine, setiap hari aktivitas pemantauan data dilakukan oleh petugas lapangan secara manual menggunakan peralatan portable di 16 pipa sub header yang tersebar di TPA Sukawinatan seluas 25 hektar. Aktifitas pemantauan data dilakukan oleh operator lapangan dengan jumlah SDM yang terbatas serta mereka tetap harus melakukan pengambilan data meskipun keadaan cuaca tidak mendukung, hal ini menyebabkan terganggunya proses pengambilan data. Untuk mengantisipasi permasalahan tersebut dilakukan kegiatan peramalan data yang memprediksi (forecast) data sehingga menghasilkan nilai mendekati data kebutuhan (demand) gas engine. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode HoltWinters Forecasting Multiplicative sebagai alat untuk memperoleh data peramalan. Data hasil prediksi tersebut dijadikan alternatif data untuk merencanakan penjadwalan serta pemilihan outflow komposisi gas pada 16 sub header well LFG, sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko kecelakaan dalam bekerja dan membantu dalam proses perencanaan perusahaan. Methane gas is produced from landfill gas well (LFG), which comes from the process of garbage accumulation in Sukawinatan TPA. Sukawinatan TPA has 50 LFG wells connected to 16 subheader pipes which are then used as gas engine fuel. In order to make wells suitable to the needs of the Gas Engine, every day data activities are carried out by manual personnel using portable equipment in 16 sub header pipes spread over the 25 hectares of Sukawinatan landfill. Activity of data monitoring is carried out by field operators with limited number of human resources and they still have to do the data retrieval even though the weather is not support, this causes disruption of data retrieval process. To anticipate the problem is done by data forecasting activities that predict (forecast) data resulting in a value that close to the data requirement (demand) gas engine. In this case used Holt Winters Forecasting Multiplicative method as a tool to obtain data forecasting. The predicted data results are made as alternative data for collecting data and describing the gas flow in the 16 LFG well sub headers, and can reduce the risk in the process.
