Abstract

The structure of the lecture building is designed using a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) and Special Structure Wall System (SDSK) located in the Tangerang area with moderate soil conditions. Designing includes beam structural elements, columns, floor plates, beam-column joints and shear walls. This design uses SNI 03-2847-2013 regulations, the calculated load is dead loads, live loads and earthquake loads. While the earthquake regulations used are SNI 1762-2012. The structure analysis process uses ETABS.9.74 software with 3-dimensional modeling. Structural element design uses the design design concept. Collapse in cross section must be determined by reinforcement collapse. The shear reinforcement capacity must be 1.25% greater than the shear reinforcement capacity. Column collapse cannot occur before beam collapse, where column design capacity is 1.2 times greater than beam design capacity. From the results of the design carried out, a cross section and detailed reinforcement of column, beam, plate and shear walls were obtained. While the results of the analysis of structural behavior obtained by fulfilling the requirements include checking the dominant fundamental period of translation in the x and y directions above 90 percent, the intersection of the floor that has exceeded the permit value or above 0.02 height between the floors, P-Delta effect which does not need to be taken into account because the value does not exceed the stability coefficient or below 0.1, vertical irregularities occur in discontinuities in strong irregularities and discontinuities in excessive lateral level irregularities that are still permitted according to SNI 1727: 2012 requirements, and checking the final analysis is that frames can bear above 25% lateral force Struktur gedung perkuliahan didesain menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dan Sistem Dinding Struktur Khusus (SDSK) yang berlokasi di daerah Tangerang dengan kondisi tanah sedang. Pendesainan meliputi elemen struktur balok, kolom, plat lantai, sambungan balok-kolom dan dinding geser. Pendesainan ini menggunakan peraturan SNI 03-2847-2013, beban yang diperhitungkan adalah beban mati, beban hidup dan beban gempa. Sedangkan peraturan gempa yang dipakai adalah SNI 1762-2012. Proses analisis struktur menggunakan software ETABS.9.74 dengan permodelan 3 dimensi. Desain elemen struktur menggunakan konsep desain kapasitas. Keruntuhan pada penampang harus ditentukan oleh keruntuhan tulangan. Kapasitas tulangan geser harus lebih besar 1,25fy dari kapasitas tulangan geser. Keruntuhan kolom tidak boleh terjadi sebelum keruntuhan balok, dimana kapasitas desain kolom lebih besar 1,2 kali dari kapasitas desain balok. Dari hasil pendesainan yang dilakukan, didapatkan penampang dan detail penulangan struktur kolom, balok, pelat dan dinding geser. Sedangkan dari hasil analisa perilaku struktur diperoleh hasil yang memenuh ipersyaratan diantaranya yaitu pengecekan perioda fundamental yang dominan translasi pada arah x dan y diatas 90 persen, simpangan antar lantai yang terjadi telah melebihi nilai izin atau diatas 0,02 tinggi antar lantainya, efek P-Delta yang tidak perlu diperhitungkan karena nilainya tidak melebihi koefisien stabilitas atau dibawah 0,1, terjadi ketidakberaturan vertikal diskontinuitas dalam ketidakberaturan kuatl tingkat dan diskontinuitas dalam ketidakberaturan kuat lateral tingkat yang berlebihan yang masih diijinkan menurut persyaratan SNI 1727:2012, dan pengecekan analisa terakhir adalah frame dapat memikul diatas 25% gaya lateral.
