Abstract

Activities in saving the company's expenses require several efforts. One of the efforts in making savings is by controlling the use of electrical energy. The training center area is a place for efforts to save electrical energy. Training center is a place to conduct employee training. In this area there are problems that often occur, namely electrical equipment that is still alive even though it is not used. Apart from these problems, there are also problems with trainer productivity data. Digital Smart Training Room Integration is a combination of technology between Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Internet of Things (IoT) which refers to the Building Automation System (BAS). With this tool, it is hoped that it can solve problems in the training center area. The building management targets energy savings of 5% and the ease of processing trainer productivity data. Successful installation of this system results in energy savings of 6% as well as the ease and accuracy of managing trainer productivity data. Keywords: save electrical energy, trainer productivity, Digital Smart Training Room Integration Kegiatan dalam melakukan penghematan pengeluaran biaya perusahaan diperlukan beberapa usaha. Salah satu usaha dalam melakukan penghematan adalah dengan cara megendalikan penggunaan energi listrik. Area training center menjadi wilayah dalam usaha melakukan pengehematan energi listrik. Training center adalah tempat untuk melakukan pelatihan karyawan. Di area ini terdapat permasalahan yang sering tejadi yaitu peralatan listrik yang masih hidup walaupun tidak dipakai selain permasalahan tersebut terdapat juga masalah terhadap data produktivitas trainer. Digital Smart Training Room Integration merupakan perpaduan teknologi antara Programmable Logic Control (PLC) dan Internet of Things (IoT) yang mengacu pada Building Automation System (BAS). Dengan adanya alat ini diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang berada di area training center. Pihak pengelola gedung mentargetkan penghematan energi sebesar 5% dan adanya kemudahan dalam mengolah data prosuktivitas trainer. Keberhasilan pemasangan sistem ini mendapatkan penghematan energi sebesar 6% dan menunjukan adanya kemudahan serta keakuratan dalam proses pengelolaan data produktivitas trainer.
