Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training, compensation, motivation on salesperson performance in Agung Toyota Riau-Kodya region. The sampling method used is non probability sampling with saturated technique, with the number of samples equal to the total population of 107 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partial training influenced performance, partial compensation effect on performance, motivation partially influence on performance and training, compensation, motivation together effect on wiraniga performance. Keywords: Training, Compensation, Motivation, Salesperson Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, kompensasi, motivasi terhadap kinerja wiraniaga di Agung Toyota wilayah Riau-Kodya. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi yaitu 107 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan pelatihan, kompensasi, motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja wiraniga. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Motivasi, Kinerja wiraniaga.
