Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment, Career Development and Welfare on Job Satisfaction at PT XYZ. In this study, the population taken was PT XYZ's permanent employees totaling 500 employees. However, not all populations are used as objects of research so that the sample of this research is 222 employees taken by a stratified random sampling technique, systematic random sampling and accidental sampling. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using a multiple linear regression analysis model shows the work environment and welfare variables have no significant effect on job satisfaction, while career development variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination test results obtained by the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable of 54.2%. Based on the results of simultaneous test results obtained that the significance value is less than alpha (0.05) so that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect. For dimensions of career development variables that have a strong influence on job satisfaction are dimensions of progress towards achieving career goals with a value of 0.753. And dimensions that have a strong enough influence on job satisfaction are dimensions of promotion with a value of 0.558. Keywords: Work environment, career development, welfare and job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Pengembangan Karir dan Kesejahteraan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja di PT XYZ.Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang diambil adalah karyawan tetap PT XYZ berjumlah 500 karyawan.Namun tidak semua populasi dijadikan objek penelitian sehingga sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 222 karyawan yang diambil dengan beberapa metode pengambilan sampel yaitu pengambilan sampel acak berstrata, pengambilan sampel acak sistematis dan accidental sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan variabel lingkungan kerja dan kesejahteraan masing-masing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil besarnya pengaruh variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent sebesar54,2%. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai signifikansi kurang dari alfa (0.05) sehingga secara simultan variabel-variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan.Untuk dimensi- dimensi dari variabel pengembangan karir yang memiliki pengaruh yang kuat pada kepuasan kerja adalah dimensi kemajuan pencapaian tujuan karir dengan nilai 0,753.Dan dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh cukup kuat pada kepuasan kerja adalam dimensi promosi dengan nilai 0.558.
