Abstract

Specialized hospitalis a service institution that provides facilities in the form of facilities, facilities and experts with a focus on the more specific health sector. Includes dental and oral hospitals, maternal and child hospitals, brain hospitals, ENT hospitals, and others. The provision of ENT special hospitals is still minimal in Indonesia with inadequate facilities and tends to have many public hospitals. In addition, the problems faced are not insignificant, where the shortage of medical staff has an impact on handling unsatisfactory to ENT sufferers. In the design of special hospitals, of course, requires special treatment than public hospitals, through technology, building systems, and the environment. This is done so as to facilitate and support the activities of users who experience ENT disorders. The approach to designing a particular hospital has several considerations. What is needed in providing appropriate and special treatment for sufferers of ENT, in the form of lighting arrangements that support the physical environment of the building, increase the organization of space through the need for the amount of open space and visual information in accordance with user convenience. Some of these factors are the results and responses of user behavior, by accommodating a variety of functions in order to obtain appropriate results. Keywords : Hospital, ENT, Green Architecture Rumah sakit khusus merupakan sebuah institusi pelayanan yang menyediakan fasilitas berupa sarana, fasilitas, dan tenaga ahli dengan terfokus dalam bidang kesehatan yang lebih spesifik. Meliputi rumah sakit gigi dan mulut, rumah sakit ibu dan anak, rumah sakit otak, rumah sakit tht, dan lainnya. Penyediaan rumah sakit khusus THT masih terbilang minim di Indonesia dengan fasilitas kurang memadai dan cenderung memiliki banyak rumah sakit umum. Selain itu permasalahan yang dihadapi pun tidaklah sedikit, dimana kekurangan tenaga medis berdampak dalam penangan yang kurang memuaskan terhadap penderita THT. Dalam perancangan rumah sakit khusustentunya membutuhkan perlakuan yang khusus daripada rumah sakit umum, melalui teknologi, sistem bangunan, maupun lingkungan. Hal ini dilakukan sehingga dapat memudahkan maupun mendukung aktivitas pengguna yang mengalami gangguan THT. Upaya pendekatan dalam merancang Rumah sakit khusus memiliki beberapa pertimbangan. Yang diperlukan dalam memberikan perlakuan yang sesuai dan khusus terhadap penderita THT, berupa pengaturan cahaya yang mendukung fisik lingkungan dari bangunan, peningkatan organisasi ruang melalui kebutuhan jumlah ruang terbuka dan informasi visual yang sesuai dengan kenyamanan pengguna. Beberapa faktor ini merupakan hasil dan respon dari perilaku pengguna, dengan mengakomodasi ragam fungsi agar mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai. Kata Kunci : Rumah Sakit, THT, Arsitektur Hijau
