Abstract
Learning outcomes are one of the evaluation parameter for schools to measure student achievement. This study was conducted on students of SMP Negeri 141 Jakarta, researchers wanted to know the factors that influence learning outcomes and focused on emotional intelligence, learning interest, and discipline. The method of collecting samples using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique with the proportion of Class VIII sampling amounting to 51.53% and Class IX of 48.47% from 83 respondents. This research was conducted quantitatively with multiple linear regression analysis method by testing the statistical test hypothesis t with SPSS version 25. The results showed that 78.3% of learning outcomes were influenced by variables of emotional intelligence, learning interest and discipline, while the remaining 21.7 % is influenced by other factors outside of this study such as teacher performance, learning facilities and school culture. Emotional intelligence, learning interest and discipline together have a significant effect on student learning outcomes of SMP Negeri 141 Jakarta. This means that the higher emotional intelligence, learning interest and student discipline, the higher the student's learning outcomes. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Learning Interest, Discipline, and Learning Outcomes. Hasil belajar merupakan salah satu bahan evaluasi bagi sekolah untuk mengukur pencapaian siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa SMP Negeri 141 Jakarta, peneliti ingin mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengeruhi hasil belajar dan membatasi pada faktor kecerdasan emosional, minat belajar, dan kedisiplinan. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan proporsi pengambilan sampel Kelas VIII sebesar 51,53% dan Kelas IX sebesar 48,47% dari 83 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menguji hipotesis uji statistik t dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 78,3% hasil belajar dipengaruhi oleh variabel kecerdasan emosional, minat belajar dan kedisiplinan, adapun sisanya 21,7% dipengarui oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini seperti kinerja guru, fasilitas belajar dan budaya sekolah. Kecerdasan emosional, minat belajar dan kedisiplinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri 141 Jakarta. Artinya semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional, minat belajar dan kedisiplinan siswa, maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar siswa tersebut.
