Abstract

Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA) adalah perangkat lunak untuk membantu proses data akademik suatu lembaga pendidikan, yang digunakan untuk menangani data akademik siswa mulai dari pendaftaran, merencanakan studi hingga untuk melihat hasil studi. SIA dalam penelitian ini tidak hanya digunakan untuk tujuan administratif tetapi juga digunakan oleh para pemimpin lembaga untuk membantu membuat keputusan untuk pengembangan lembaga. Objek penelitian yang terkandung dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang data-data tentang pengelolaan dan pengumuman nilai mahasiswa pada tiap semester yang dikelola oleh pihak akademik dimana setiap tahunnya terjadi keterlambatan penyampaian laporan ke Pangkalan Data Perguruan Tinggi (PD DIKTI). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) dengan instrumen penelitian kemudahan, kebermanfaatan, kenyamanan dan muatan informasi yang disebarkan ke civitas akademika UKI. Dalam penelitian ini dihasilkan jumlah populasi 3000 responden (civitas akademika UKI) dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% dan didapatkan sampel 97 responden (perhitungan berdasarkan slofin’s formula). Hasil penelitian ini, korelasi antara variabel kemanfaatan dengan muatan informasi dihasilkan nilai 0,913 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.00 pada tingkat 0,01 berarti berkorelasi sangat erat antara kedua variabel tersebut. Hal ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa ketika SIA bermanfaat maka pada saat bersamaan muatan informasi akan meningkat. Dalam penelitian ini diusulkan Digital approval sebagai kerangka kerja sebagai bagian dari proses penggunaan SIA. Proses persetujuan digital (digital approval) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam memberikan informasi untuk menunjang proses pengambilan keputusan dan mendukung kualitas dan validitas data nilai mahasiswa. Kata kunci : Digital Approval, Technology Acceptance Model, Sistem Informasi Akademik Academik Information System is a software for helping the process of data academic in an educational institution, that used for managingcollage’s data academik start from registration, study planning until to see the result of study. In this Research, Academik Information System is not onlyused for administration purpose, but also used by the leadher of institutionfor helping to make the decision for developing the institution. The research object that used in this research is about the managing data and the announcement of collagescore in each semeter that managed by academik where in each year hes the lating for giving the result to Pangkalan Data Perguruan Tinggi (PD Dikti). The Methode that used in this research is by using TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) by the Result instrument Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, comfortable and the content of information that given to UKI academic civity. The total population 3000 respondance (UKI academic civity) can be found in this research by the margin error 10% and found 97 sampel respondance (the counting base on slovins formula). The Result of this research, the corellation between advantage variable and the content of information that can be found .0913 score by the significant range 0.000 in 0.001 range. It means, that it has the significant corellation between two variable. It can be said that when Academic Information System give the advantage so in the same time the informationwill improve. In this research sugested using digital approval as a framework as a process in using Academik Information System. The process of digital approval has a very importen rule in giving information for helping the process of decision making to support the quality and validity of data collage score.
