Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari beda efisiensi dan beda produktivitas yang terdapat di Bank Persero, Bank Swasta Nasional Devisa, dan Bank Swasta Nasional Non Devisa dengan mengunakan metode DEA dan Malmquist Total Productivity pada periode 2010 - 2016. Metide Sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dari metode tersebut yang digunakan sebagai sampel berjumlah 21 bank yang terdaftar di BEI dalam kurun waktu tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2016. Hasil penelitian efisiensi dengan DEA menunjukkan bahwa kelompok bank swasta nasional non devisa memiliki rata-rata efisiensi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok bank swasta nasional devisa dan bank pemerintah. Sedangkan, untuk perubahan produktivitas kelompok bank swasta nasional devisa lebih tinggi produktivitasnya, karena didominasi oleh perubahan teknologi ketimbang perubahan efisiensi teknis. Kata Kunci : Bank, Effisiensi, Produktivitas, DEA, Malmquist Total Indeks This study aims to find efficiency differences and productivity differences in state- owned banks, foreign exchange national private banks, and non-foreign national private banks using the DEA method and Malmquist Total Productivity in the period 2010-2016. Metide Sampling used was purposive sampling. From the method used as a sample there are 21 banks listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2010 to 2016. The results of efficiency studies with the DEA show that non- foreign national private bank groups have better efficiency than the national private foreign exchange banks and government banks. Meanwhile, for changes in the productivity of national private banks, foreign exchange is higher in productivity, because it is dominated by technological changes rather than changes in technical efficiency.
