Abstract

The need for security makes many people look for ways to protect their property spreading the Internet of Things has led to a new attack model on smart home Cyber attacks that make the system inaccessible by flooding network traffic with a recent increase in IoT devices, potential attacks DdoS uses IoT devices to develop rapidly. DDoS interferes with services by creating network bottlenecks and disabling the normal functioning of network components, to detect intruders that may be on the network around IoT devices to ensure the security of communication channels to IoT devices from outside interference. From the results obtained the scenario is given an attack before the DDoS firewal list is registered 20 times with the amount of data sent an average of 652 ms latency 30 times with the amount of data sent an average latency of 2629 ms as much as 40 times with the amount of data sent on average 3054 ms average latency and in this traffic session the device goes down which is indicated by the Request Time Out message. network side IoT devices to record and help analyze incoming traffic both from attacks carried out through ICMP, TCP and UDP protocols and provide notifications to users if the device experiences downtime. .Keywords: IoT, DDoS, Cyber Attack Kebutuhan akan keamanan membuat banyak orang mencari berbagai cara untuk melindungi properti mereka penyebaran Internet of Things telah menimbulkan model serangan baru pada smart home Serangan cyber yang membuat sistem tidak dapat diakses dengan membanjiri lalu lintas jaringan dengan peningkatan jumlah perangkat IoT baru-baru ini, potensi serangan DdoS menggunakan perangkat IoT berkembang pesat. DDoS mengganggu layanan dengan menciptakan kemacetan jaringan dan melumpuhkan fungsi normal komponen jaringan, untuk mendeteksi penyusup yang mungkin ada di jaringan di sekitar perangkat IoT untuk memastikan keamanan saluran komunikasi ke perangkat IoT dari gangguan luar. Dari hasil yang diperoleh skenario diberikan serangan sebelum didaftarkan list firewal DDoS sebanyak 20 kali dengan jumlah data yang dikirim rata-rata latency 652 ms sebanyak 30 kali dengan jumlah data yang dikirim rata-rata latency 2629 ms sebanyak 40 kali dengan jumlah data yang dikirim rata-rata latency 3054 ms dan pada sesi trafik ini perangkat mengalami down yang ditandai dengan pesan Request Time Out. sisi jaringan perangkat IoT untuk merekam dan membantu menganalisa trafik yang masuk baik dari serangan yang dilakukan melalui protokol ICMP , TCP maupun UDP dan memberikan notifikasi ke pengguna jika perangkat mengalami downtime.
