Abstract

The changing lifestyle in the majority of the community make they zapped source of amusement from television to the internet .The arrival of new show that is web series sourced from the internet are now trend .Started from a web series raditya dika until now many companies use web series as a medium introduce service who owned or even event promotion such as toyota , axe indonesia , tropicana slim , and jbl indonesia . Wahana Honda is one of the businesses engaged in the distribution of Honda motorcycles and the service of Honda motorcycles is one of the services of Wahana Honda. Through the Wahana Honda Web Series shows the public to know that there are some excellent facilities at Wahana Honda's workshop which are not owned by the workshop in general. But in a broadcast program there must be good planning and workers. The role of a producer in making a web series is very important because the producer is the person responsible for turning creative ideas or ideas into practical concepts and there are messages to be conveyed. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The method used is a case study by conducting in-depth interviews with informants. The results of this study indicate that the role of producers in the Wahana Honda Prime web series process consists of 3 stages, in pre-production which of course it is related in making themes, story ideas, cinematographic processes in the production and editing of images. In the production process the producer is fully responsible for controlling, supervising, and coordinating to all the crew involved for the smooth running of their production, carrying out production in accordance with the script and shooting script made by the producer. In post production there are 2 editing processes, namely offline and online. The producer ensures and supervises the production work in accordance with the client's direction and deliver the results in accordance with the agreed time. Keyword: Wahana Honda, Producer, Web Series Perubahan gaya hidup pada sebagian besar masyarakat membuat mereka mengalihkan sumber hiburan dari televisi ke internet. Hadirnya tayangan baru yaitu web series yang bersumber dari internet kini sudah menjadi trend. Dimulai dari web series raditya dika hingga saat ini banyak perusahaan yang memanfaatkan web series sebagai media memperkenalkan service yang dimiliki atau bahkan ajang promosi seperti Toyota, AXE Indonesia, Tropicana Slim, dan JBL Indonesia. Wahana Honda merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang distribusi sepeda motor Honda dan servis motor Honda merupakan salah satu pelayanan dari Wahana Honda. Melalui tayangan Web Series Wahana Honda membuat masyarakat mengetahui bahwa terdapat beberapa fasilitas unggulan dibengkel Wahana Honda yang tidak dimiliki oleh bengkel pada umumnya. Namun dalam suatu program tayangan harus ada perencanaan dan pekerja yang baik. Peran seorang produser dalam sebuah pembuatan web series sangatlah penting karena produser adalah orang yang bertanggung jawab mengubah ide atau gagasan kreatif ke dalam konsep yang praktis dan terdapat pesan yang ingin disampaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran produser dalam proses web series perdana wahana honda terdapat 3 tahapan, dalam pra produksi yang mana tentunya itu terkait dalam pembuatan tema, ide cerita, proses sinematografi dalam produksi dan penyuntingan gambar. Dalam proses produksi produser bertanggung jawab penuh untuk mengontrol, mengawasi, dan mengkoordinasikan kepada semua kru yang terlibat untuk kelancaran atas produksinya, melaksanakan produksi sesuai dengan naskah dan shooting script dibuat oleh produser. Dalam paska produksi terdapat 2 proses editing, yaitu offline dan online. Produser memastikan dan mengawasi pekerjaan rumah produksi sesuai dengan arahan klien dan mendeliver hasil sesuai dengan waktu yang telah disepakati bersama.
