Abstract
The realization of the General Election Commission as the organizer of the General Election which has integrity, professional, independent, transparent and accountable, is highly expected for the creation of quality Indonesian democracy based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as improving the quality of organizing a clean, efficient General Election and effective. The main problem in this study is how the influence of South Jakarta Election Commission Political Communication Against the Political Money rejection attitude. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the Kalibata City community specifically on the phenomenon of money politics. Political communication here is a form of Political Money that has been socialized by the South Jakarta Election Commission against the Kalibata City Society. The type of research that the author does is research that is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The research method used was a survey method, where the authors collected information from respondents by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were in Kalibata City, which were taken using snow ball sampling techniques. The data is processed using a Likert scale and analyzed explatively. From the observations made, it shows that the influence of South Jakarta Election Commission's political communication on Kalibata City community does not affect the attitude of political money rejection in the 2017 DKI Regional Election. The attitude of rejection of money pilitic is not on political communication of the South Jakarta Election Commission but rather from other sources such as KPU RI (Central), cadres of political parties participating in the Pilkada, and so on. Keyword: Influence, Communication, South Jakarta Election Commission, Kalibata City Terwujudnya Komisi Pemilihan Umum sebagai penyelenggara Pemilihan Umum yang memiliki integritas, profesional, mandiri, transparan dan akuntabel, sangat diharapkan demi terciptanya demokrasi Indonesia yang berkualitas berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD 1945 dalam wadah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, serta meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan Pemilihan Umum yang bersih, efisien dan efektif. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Pengaruh Komunikasi Politik KPUD Jakarta Selatan Terhadap Sikap penolakan Money Politik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui pengaruh khususnya masyarakat Kalibata City tentang fenomena Money Politik. Komunikasi politik di sini adalah bentuk Money Politik yang telah disosialisasi KPUD Jakarta Selatan terhadap Masyarkat Kalibata City. Jenis penelitian yang Penulis lakukan adalah penelitian yang bersifat ekplenatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, dimana penulis mengumpulkan informasi dari responden dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 100 responden yang berada di Kalibata City, yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik snow ball sampling. Data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis secara eksplanatif. Dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh komunikasi politik KPUD Jakarta Selatan terhadap masyarakat Kalibata City, tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap penolakan money politik dala Pilkada DKI 2017. Sikap penolakan money pilitik bukan atas komunikasi politik KPUD Jakarta Selatan malainkan dari sumber-sumber lain seperti KPU RI (Pusat), para kader parta-partai politik peserta Pilkada, dan sebagainya.
