Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. X merupakan salah satu perusahaan station televisi swasta yang menghadirkan berbagai informasi dan hiburan. Seiring berkembangnya zaman perubahan teknologi menjadi perhatian untuk bidang pertelevisian terutama untuk hasil tayangan tersebut, yang dahulunya hasil record berupa betacam sekarang beralih ke digitalisasi. Sonny VTR DVW-M2000P merupakan alat untuk mengkonversi hasil record betacam ke bentuk digitalisasi. Dimana pada bagian divisi program operation ditunjuk untuk melakukan project digitalisasi terhadap betacam. betacam yang digunakan dalam projek ini berupa betacam berdurasi 30 menit. Perawatan alat alat broadcast yang mendukung kelancaran proses digitalisasi pun harus selalu diperhatikan agar tidak terjadi sesuatu yang diinginkan dalam penayangan. Dalam proses digitalisasi sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menghasilkan target dikarenakan breakdown yang terjadi pada saat proses digitalisasi sehingga memperlambat proses digitalisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur efektivitas alat broadcast tersebut dan metode yang digunakan adalah Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) untuk menentukan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) maka perlu untuk mencari terlebih dahulu nilai Availibility rate, Performance rate dan Quality rate, dan menentukan faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai OEE menggunakan pendekatan six big losses. Nilai OEE rata–rata adalah 61.13%, untuk nilai OEE tertinggi adalah 85.86% dan terendah adalah 44.39%. Reduced speed losses merupakan salah satu faktor six big losses yang paling berpengaruh dalam rendahnya nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness dimana memiliki time loss sebesar 32460 menit atau 90.44 % yang diakibatkan karena nilai Performance rate yang rendah dari nilai OEE tersebut. Dilakukan usulan perbaikannya dari faktor six big loss yang memiliki persentase kumulatif terendah menggunakan analisa fishbone diagram. Maintenance of broadcast equipment that supports the smoothness of the digitization process must always be considered so that nothing is desired in the broadcast. In the digitization process, it often has difficulty in producing targets because of the breakdown that occurred during the digitization process, thus slowing down the digitization process. The purpose of this study is to measure the effectiveness of the broadcasting device and the method used is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to determine the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value, it is necessary to search for the Availibility rate, Performance rate and Quality rate, and determine the factors affect the OEE value using the six big losses approach. The average OEE value is 61.13%, the highest OEE value is 85.86% and the lowest is 44.39%. Reduced speed losses is one of the six big losses factors that have the most influence in the low value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness which has a time loss of 32460 minutes or 90.44% due to the low Performance rate value of the OEE value.
