Abstract
Citizen Journalist (Jurnalisme Warga) adalah aktivitas jurnalistik yang dilakukan oleh warga biasa (bukan wartawan). diera saat ini seiring perkembangan teknologi jurnalisme warga sangat berperan dalam mengabadikan berbagai peristiwa bersejarah yang ada di Indonesia, Konsep citizen journalism didasarkan warga masyarakat (public citizen) yang berperan aktif dalam proses pengumpulan, pelaporan, analisis, dan menyebarkan berita dan informasi. Peneliti disini ingin berbagi pengalaman bagaimana cara menhasilkan karya fotografi jurnalistik dan mengikuti lomba foto serta memberitahukan para pembaca bahwa jurnalisme warga bisa ikut serta berperan secara positif dengan menyampaikan sebuah informasi kepada masyarakat.
