Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Remuneration on Employee’s Performance at Human Resources Bureau of the Education and Culture Ministry. Research method use quantitative research. The population in this research is all employees on Human Resources Bureau of the Education and Culture Ministry. The sampling method used is simple random sampling with slovin formula and sample are 102 respondents. The method analysis used in this research is with multiple regressions with SPSS program version 23. Result of research indicate that Leadership Style have significant and positive effect to Employee’s Performance; Work Discipline have significant and positive effect to Employee’s Performance; Performance Remuneration have significant and positive effect to Employee’s Performance; and Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Remuneration have significant and positive effect to Employee’s Performance simultaneously. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Remuneration, Employee’s Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja dan Remunerasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ada Biro Kepegawaian Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitaif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Biro Kepegawaian Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan sampel berjumlah 102 pegawai. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan software SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y); Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y); Remunerasi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y); dan secara bersamaan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X2) dan Remunerasi Kinerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Remunerasi, Kinerja Pegawai.
