Abstract

ABSTRAK Dibutuhkan manajemen pemeliharaan (maintenance management) yang baik di perusahaan mana pun untuk dapat menjalankan proses produksi secara efektif dan efisien. Namun, dalam praktiknya seringkali upaya pemeliharaan atau perbaikan hanya menjadi pemborosan, karena tim pemeliharaan tidak mengetahui dengan jelas masalah yaitu seperti kerugian waktu yang terjadi dan faktorfaktornya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), menentukan besarnya masing-masing faktor dari enam kerugian besar yang mempengaruhi efektivitas mesin Hinge pin push nut, dan analisis faktor-faktor yang menjadi prioritas utama sebagai dasar untuk perbaikan Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), dan OEE enam besar kerugian untuk mengukur kinerja mesin dua belas bulan dan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor dari enam faktor dalam enam kerugian besar yang memberikan dampak paling besar pada efektivitas mesin Hinge pin push nut,setlah melakukan analisa menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness pada mesin hinge pin push nut diketahui hasil optimal mesin yaitu 83.68%ada periode dua belas bulan berdasarkan Japan Institute Of Maintenance (JIPM) niali optimal 83.68% masuk dalam katagori sedang dan diperlukan adanya perbaikan pada sistem agar nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness nai menjadi di atas 85% sehinggan perusahaan akan bergerak menuju kelas dunia. Kata kunci : Efektivitas Peralatan Keseluruhan, Kinerja Mesin, Enam faktor dalam enam kerugian besar ABSTRACT Good maintenance management is needed in any company to be able to run the production process effectively and efficiently. However, in practice often maintenance or repair efforts only become wasteful, because the maintenance team does not know clearly the problem that is such as time losses that occur and the factors. The purpose of this study is to measure the value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), determine the magnitude of each factor of the six major losses that affect the effectiveness of the Hinge pin push nut machine, and analysis of the factors that are the top priority as a basis for improvement. the method used by Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and the OEE six major losses to measure engine performance twelve months and to determine the factors of six factors in six major losses that have the greatest impact on the engine effectiveness of the Hinge pin push nut, after doing analysis using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness method on the push nut hinge pin machine is known that the optimal engine yield is 83.68%, there is a twelve month period based on Japan Institute Of Maintenance (JIPM) optimal value of 83.68% is included in the medium category and improvements to the Overall Equipment are needed.
