Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the impact of compensastion and job satisfaction on norganizational commitment in Giant Hypermarket CBD Tangerang. The samples studied were all employees of Giant Hypermarket CBD Tangerang to 81 people. Primary data were collected using questionnaires. The data were analyzed usin gregression techniques, with partial significance test using the t test and simultaneous significance test using the F test. The results showed that compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously have significant impact on organiztional commitment, with contribution to organiztional commitment amounted to 18,1 %. Based on the partial testing, compensation and job satisfaction has significant impact on organizational commitment. Keywords: Compensation, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan di Giant Hypermarket CBD Tangerang. Sampel yang diteliti adalah karyawan Giant Hypermarket CBD Tangerang yang berjumlah 81 orang dengan pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner. Adapun analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi, dengan uji signifikansi parsial menggunakan uji t dan uji signifikansi simultan menggunakan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan kontribusi sebesar 18,1%. Secara parsial kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional
