Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari profitabilitas, perputaran persediaan, dan leverage terhadap kondisi financial distress. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dan menggunakan analisa statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri barang subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2015- 2019. Terdapat 55 sampel perusahaan yang terpilih dan terdaftar pada BEI. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan dengan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda yang diolah melalui software SPSS 23. Dari hasil penelitian, bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah positif terhadap financial distress, leverage berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap financial distress dan perputaran persediaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Perputaran Persediaan, Leverage, Financial Distress. This study was conducted with the purpose of knowing the effect of profitability, inventory turnover, and leverage on financial distress conditions. The research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive approach, and used statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The object of this research is the industrial goods and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. There are 55 samples of companies selected and listed on the IDX. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling method. The method of data collection is through literature study with the type of data used is secondary data. The data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis method which is processed through SPSS 23 software. The research findings can be summarized as follow: profitability variable has a significant positive effect on financial distress, leverage has a significant negative effect on financial distress and inventory turnover has no effect on financial distress.
