Abstract
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap psychological well-being pada calon pekerja migran Indonesia perempuan di PT. Sukses Mandiri Utama. Psychological well-being sebagai kondisi individu memiliki sikap yang positif kepada diri sendiri dan orang lain, membuat keputusan sendiri dan mengatur tingkah lakunya sendiri, menciptakan dan mengatur lingkungan yang kompatibel dengan kebutuhannya, memiliki tujuan hidup dan membuat hidup mereka lebih bermakna, dan mengembangkan dirinya (Ryff, 1989). Sedangkan untuk self-efficacy adalah keyakinan manusia pada kemampuan mereka untuk melatih sejumlah ukuran pengendalian terhadap fungsi diri mereka dan juga yakin kalau keberhasilan diri adalah suatu dasar keagenan manusia (Bandura, 1997). Penelitian melibatkan sebanyak 134 calon pekerja migran Indonesia perempuan di PT. Sukses Mandiri Utama dan menggunakan General Self- Efficacy Scale dari Schwarzer and Jerusalum (1995) dan untuk Psychological Well-Being Scale dari Ryff (1998). Analisa data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPPS 24. Berdasarkan hasil diperoleh bahwa self- efficacy memberikan pengaruh terhadap psychological well-being. Kata Kunci : Self-Efficacy, Psychological well-being, Pekerja Migran Indonesia. Abstract This study aims to determine the impact of self efficacy on psychological well-being on prospective female Indonesian migrant workers at PT. Sukses Mandiri Utama. Psychological well-being as a condition of individuals who have a positive attitude towards themselves and others, make their own results and regulate, create and control an environment that is compatible with their needs, has a purpose in life and makes their lives more meaningful, and develops themselves (Ryff, 1989) . As for self- efficacy is the ability of humans to train them and also to ensure that they are children (Bandura, 1997). A general study of 134 prospective Indonesian migrant workers at PT. Mandiri Mandiri Utama and using the General Self-Efficacy Scale from Schwarzer and Jerusalum (1995) and for Psychological Well-Being Scale from Ryff (1998). Data analysis using simple regression with the help of SPPS 24. Based on the results obtained that self-efficacy has an influence on psychological well-being.
