Abstract
Population growth is a phenomenon in every country, it is directly proportional to the level of food consumption. Indonesia is ranked 4th in the world's most populous population. So, with a good food security system, it can maintain the people's food needs in terms of product quality and nutritional content. The provincial government of DKI Jakarta in this case is making a cheap subsidized food program so that it can be reached, especially by people with low incomes. but in the distribution process, still found disorder from the recipient of assistance in queuing during the distribution process, so that it becomes a problem raised by the author. Management information system using the AHP method, aims to prioritize the arrival of beneficiaries to distribution locations and is expected to assist officers in sorting priorities precisely, effectively and efficiently. the results of this study indicate that the Address criteria become a priority in prioritizing arrivals with a weight value of 0.409, followed by the Age criteria with a weight value of 0.264, while the third and fourth criteria that affect the arrival priority are aid status with a value of 0.187 and gender in the sense of packaging that is by weight value of 0.141 Key words: AHP, Beneficiary, Distribution, Scheduling, Subsidies Pertumbuhan penduduk menjadi fenomena disetiap negara, hal tersebut berbanding lurus dengan tingkat konsumsi pangan.Indonesia ada di peringkat ke 4 populasi terbanyak didunia.maka dengan sistem ketahanan pangan yang baik dapat menjaga agar kebutuhan pangan masyarakat nya dapat tercukupi baik secara kualitas produk maupun kandungan gizinya. Pemerintah provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam hal ini membuat sebuah program pangan murah yang disubsidi sehingga dapat dijangkau terutama oleh masyarakat dengan penghasilan rendah. namun dalam proses distribusinya ditemukan kendala tidak tertib nya penerima bantuan dalam mengantri ketika melakukan pengambilan barang di lokasi distribusi, sehingga hal tersebut menjadi masalah yang diangkat oleh penulis. Sistem informasi manajemen pangan dengan menggunakan metode AHP, bertujuan untuk meranking prioritas kedatangan dari penerima bantuan dengan beberapa kriteria yang sudah ditentukan, dan diharapkan dapat membantu petugas dalam memprioritaskan penjadwalan untuk kedatangan penerima bantuan secara pasti. Sehingga dapat dipastikan penerima bantuan mendapatkan bantuan tersebut. .hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kriteria alamat menjadi prioritas pertama dalam penjadwalan kedatangan dengan nilai bobot 0,409, di ikuti dengan kriteria status bantuan dengan nilai bobot 0,264, sedangkan kriteria ketiga dan keempat yang memengaruhi prioritas jadwal kedatangan yaitu usia dengan nilai 0,187 dan jenis kelamin yaitu dengan nilai berat 0,141 Kata kunci: AHP, Distribusi,Penjadwalan, Penerima Bantuan, Subsidi.
