Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap keterikatan kerja pada pekerja UMKM di area PIK Penggilingan Jakarta Timur. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pekerja UMKM di area PIK Penggilingan dengan mengambil 253 sampel menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja. Variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja. Dan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja. Kata kunci : kompensasi, kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, keterikatan kerja This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee engagement of UMKM workers in the PIK Penggilingan area, East Jakarta. The object of this research was conducted on UMKM workers in the PIK Penggilingan area by taking 253 samples using quantitative descriptive and the analysis used as Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the compensation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. The job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. And the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement.
