Abstract

Employee performance is a determining factor for the success of a company. The problem that occurs in this study is a drop in quality performance by employees of the 121 inbound agent contact center PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PERSERO) Jakarta in 2020. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of training, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study was 55 employees of inbound agents. The sampling method uses a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and literature research. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The result show that training has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Training, Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor penentu keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penelitian ini adanya penurunan kinerja oleh karyawan agent inbound Contact Center 121 PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Jakarta pada tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 orang karyawan agent inbound. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuisioner dan studi kepustakaan. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan
