Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pada Pegawai KPP Pratama Jakarta Pademangan. Didalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert. Populasi da- lam penelitian ini adalah 112 Pegawai dan 100 sampel khususnya Pegawai Pelaksana. Teknik penggunaan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik sampel Purposive. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling dimana dalam pen- golahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pelati- han Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pega- wai pelaksana KPP Pratama Jakarta Pademangan, (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada pegawai pelaksana KPP Pratama Jakarta Pademangan, dan (3) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada pegawai pelaksana KPP Pratama Jakarta Pademangan. Mayoritas pegawai memiliki penilaian yang positif mengenai pelatihan kerja, oleh karena itu sangat penting bagi manajemen KPP Pratama Jakarta Pademangan untuk terus menjaga Prasarana pelatihan. Prasarana yang lengkap dapat menunjang proses pelatihan hingga menghasilkan komitmen organisasi yang optimal. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi This study aims to analyze the effect of job training on work motivation and work discipline on organizational commitment to employees of KPP Pratama Jakarta Pademangan. This research uses associative quantitative research. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale. The population in this study were 112 employees and 100 samples, especially implementing employees. The sampling technique in this study was to use a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method in this study uses Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square) program. The results of this study indicate that (1) Job Training has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment of employees implementing KPP Pratama Jakarta Pademangan, (2) Work Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Commitment on employ- ees implementing KPP Pratama Jakarta Pademangan, and (3) Discipline Work has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment to the implementing employees of KPP Pratama Jakarta Pademangan. Most employees have a positive assessment of job training, therefore it is very important for the management of KPP Pratama Jakarta Pademangan to continue to maintain the training infrastruc- ture. A complete infrastructure can support the training process to produce optimal organizational commitment. Keywords: Job Training, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Commitmen
