Abstract

Lintasarta is a company engaged in data communication, internet and IT services. In daily activity to support business company in addition by competent human resources, the must be supported by work support facilities for each employee. To support the provision of these facilities, Lintasarta is supported by the office service division which has the task of regulating the provision of office facilities for employees in Lintasarta. In provide these work facilities, Lintasarta is supported by the office service department which has the task of arrange the provide of office facilities for employees in Lintasarta. To use facilities from the office each employee must make a request. But in its implementation when it will make a request to the admin it is currently considered less effective and efficient. This is because each will make a request still manually. The purpose of this study is to create a system that can integrate users to make requests related to the use of office facilities and get fast service. In addition, the existence of this system is expected to help the admin in managing the data of each office facility properly. The design is based on the PIECES analysis method by conducting interviews and observations. Key words: Office service departments, office facilities, data management, services, PIECES method Lintasarta adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang komunikasi data, internet dan IT services. Dalam kesehariannya untuk mendukung bisnis perusahaan selain didukung dengan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten tentunya harus di dukung dengan fasilitas penunjang kerja bagi setiap karyawan. Dalam penyediaan fasilitas kerja ini, Lintasarta di dukung oleh departemen office service yang mempunyai tugas mengatur penyediaan fasilitas kantor bagi setiap karyawan. Untuk menggunakan fasilitas dari kantor setiap karyawan harus membuat request. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya ketika akan melakukan request ke admin saat ini dirasakan sudah kurang efektif dan efisien. Hal ini disebabkan karena setiap akan membuat request masih dilakukan manual. . Mulai dari membuat request ke admin sampai dalam penyimpanan dan pengelolaan data yang ada di office services. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat perancangan sistem yang dapat mengintegrasikan user untuk melakukan permintaan terkait penggunaan fasilitas kantor dan mendapat pelayanan degan cepat. Selain itu dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu admin dalam mengelola data setiap fasilitas kantor dengan baik. Perancangan yang dibuat berdasarkan metode analisa PIECES dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Kata kunci: Departemen office services, fasilitas kantor, pengelolaan data, pelayanan, metode pieces.
