Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan Bank BCA KCU Suryopranoto Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengukuran variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Bank BCA KCU Suryopranoto Jakarta sejumlah 62 orang yang terdiri dari unit kerja operasional, finance, audit internal, apk (administrasi penunjang kantor) dan sa (security administrator). Adapun dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Dalam data kuesioner ini peneliti menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). (2) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan (3) Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kata Kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional.This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) of Bank BCA Employees at KCU Suryopranoto Jakarta. This research design used quantitative research. The variable measurement method used is the likert scale. The population in this study were 62 employees of Bank BCA KCU Suryopranoto Jakarta consisting of operations, finance, internal audit, apk (office supporting administration) and sa (security administrator). As in this study, sampling using saturated samples. In this questionnaire data, researchers used a likert scale. The data analysis method in this study used partial least square (PLS) version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). (2) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and (3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
