Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Persepsi Risiko Fisik dan Persepsi Risiko Psikologis terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali yang Dimediasi oleh Citra Destinasi ke Wisata Gili Trawangan, Lombok dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 186 responden yang pernah berkunjung satu kali atau lebih ke wisata Gili Trawangan, Lombok dihitung berdasarkan rumus Hair et al. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan non- probability sampling. Skala Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert dan data diolah menggunakan metode SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Persepsi Risiko Fisik berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali, variabel Persepsi Risiko Fisik berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap citra destinasi, variabel Persepsi Risiko Psikologis tidak berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali, variabel Persepsi Risiko Psikologis tidak berpengaruh terhadap citra destinasi, variabel Citra Destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali, variabel Citra Destinasi memediasi hubungan secara parsial (partial mediation) antara Persepsi Risiko Fisik dan Minat Berkunjung Kembali dan variabel Citra Destinasi tidak memediasi hubungan (no mediation) antara Persepsi Risiko Psikologis dan Minat Berkunjung Kembali.
