Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab adanya ketidak akuratan data pada proses setting barang yang ada di Gudang Completely Knock Down (CKD) dan berapa biaya Critical Part Order (CPO) yang ditimbulkan dari ketidak akuratan data pada proses setting barang tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada pada Gudang Completely Knock Down (CKD) sebanyak 40 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 orang dengan menggunakan Fokus group diskusi untuk fishbone. Forum diskusi ini untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan ide perbaikan dari seluruh karyawan yang hadir di forum diskusi untuk mencari permasalahan yang ada pada proses yang sedang diamati, yaitu proses setting barang. Setiap orang berhak memberikan informasi ataupun saran terhadap forum diskusi ini yang nantinya akan di buat pareto masalah yang akan dibahas untuk menjadi masalah utama.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya proses setting barang yang ada di Gudang Completely Knock Down (CKD) terjadi perbedaan stock antara fisik dan sistem yang disebabkan dari barang yang dikirim ke jalur produksi secara fisik dan sistemnya angkanya berbeda, dengan demikian data dan fisik barang yang ada menjadi tidak sesuai. Kata Kunci : Proses setting barang, metode scan barcode, Akurasi data This study aims to determine the causes of data inaccuracies in the process of setting goods in the Completely Knock Down (CKD) Warehouse and how much is the cost of Critical Part Order (CPO) resulting from inaccurate data in the process of setting these goods. This research is a qualitative research. The research population is all employees in the Completely Knock Down (CKD) Warehouse as many as 40 people. The research sample was 10 people using focus group discussions for fishbone. This discussion forum is to collect information and ideas for improvement from all employees present at the discussion forum to look for problems that exist in the process being observed, namely the process of setting goods. Everyone has the right to provide information or suggestions on this discussion forum which will later be Pareto the problems that will be discussed to become the main problem. and the system caused by the goods being sent to the production line physically and the numbers are different, thus the data and the physical goods do not match.
