Abstract
This study aims to determine the differences in academic procrastination between male and female students at YADIKA 5 High School, Joglo, West Jakarta. The subjects in this study were 86 respondents. This study used proportional sampling and Academic Procrastination Scale, adopted from MC Closkey (2011). Data analisis using Independent Sample Test technique, showed the Sig. Equal Variances Assumed is known that a significant value of 0.56> 0.05. Then Ha refused Ho accepted. Which means there is no significant difference in behavior of academic procrastination between men and women students in YADIKA 5 High School, Joglo, West Jakarta. Therefore this hypothesis proposed by the researcher in the previous chapter is "rejected". Keyword : Academic Procrastionation, men and woman students Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan prokrastinasi akademik antara siswa pria dan wanita di SMA YADIKA 5, Joglo, Jakarta Barat. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampling proporsional dan Skala Penundaan Akademik, diadopsi dari MC Closkey (2011). Analisis data menggunakan teknik Independent Sample Test, menunjukkan Sig. Equal Variances Diasumsikan diketahui bahwa nilai signifikan 0,56> 0,05. Dengan hasil ini berarti Ha ditolak Ho diterima, yaitu tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam perilaku prokrastinasi akademik antara siswa pria dan wanita di SMA YADIKA 5,Joglo, Jakarta Barat. Oleh karena itu hipotesis yang diajukan oleh peneliti pada bab sebelumnya adalah ” ditolak “. Kata kunci : Prokrastinasi Akademik, siswa laki - laki dan perempuan.
