Abstract

Education Information System is the use of Information Technology in the world of Education. In this case, MA AL-MASFURIYAH is used as a place of research. MA AL-MASFURIYAH really needs an adequate system in managing adacemic data. The purpose of this research is to build an education information system so that it can be used in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Masfuriyah. The development of this information system uses the Waterfall Method and the software used is sublime text 3, MySql Server, Apache, and the Google Chrome web browser. Test carried out using method black box and the results obtained indicate the system is running well. The conclusions from the results of this study have been successfully built using the Waterfall Method and the tools mentioned earlier. Keywords : Educational Information Systems, Academic Information Systems, Siakad, PHP. Sistem Informasi Pendidikan merupakan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dalam dunia Pendidikan. Dalam hal ini, MA AL-MASFURIYAH dijadikan sebagai tempat penelitian. MA AL-MASFURIYAH sangat membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang memadai dalam mengelola data akademik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi pendidikan agar dapat digunakan di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Masfuriyah. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan Metode Waterfall dan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah sublime text 3, MySql Server, Apache, dan web browser Google Chrome. Pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode black box dan hasil yang didapat menunjukkan sistem berjalan dengan baik. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini telah berhasil dibangun menggunakan Metode Waterfall dan perangkat-perangkat yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Pendidikan, Sistem Informasi Akademik, Siakad, PHP.
