Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Passenger Service Wilayah 4 PT KERETA COMMUTER INDONESIA. Didalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Passenger Service Wilayah 4 PT KERETA COMMUTER INDONEIA. Metode penarikan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sample. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling dimana dalam penggolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan passenger service wilayah 4 PT KERETA COMMUTER INDONESIA. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan passenger service wilayah 4 PT KERETA COMMUTER INDONESIA. Stres kerja berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan passenger service wilayah 4 PT KERETA COMMUTER INDONESIA. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to analyze The Effect of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Stress on The Performance of Employees of Passenger Service Region 4 PT KERETA COMMUTER INDONESIA. In this study using quantitative research. Measurement of variables using a likert scale. The population of this study were employees of Passenger Service Area 4 PT KERETA COMMUTER INDONESIA. The sampling method in this study is to use saturated sampling where all members of the population are sampled. The data analysis method in this study uses Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square) program. This study shows that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the passenger service employees in region 4 PT KERETA COMMUTER INDONESIA. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the passenger service area 4 PT KERETA COMMUTER INDONESIA. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of passenger service employees in the region 4 PT KERETA COMMUTER INDONESIA. Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Stress
