Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Tiga Cipta Pariwara. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori Penelitian Asosiatif Kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Didalam melakukan penelitian, penyusun memberikan skala dengan menggunakan skala likert. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian karyawan PT. Tiga Cipta Pariwara yang berjumlah 40 karyawan sebagai sampel. Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik non prosability sampling yaitu dengan sampling jenuh (sensus). Hasil pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa beban kerja, kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Kata Kunci: Turnover Intention, Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, compensation, and organizational commitment on turn over intention at PT. Tiga Cipta Pariwara. This research is included in the category of Causal Associative Research using a quantitative approach. In conducting research, compilers provide a scale using the Likert scale. The population in this study was part of the employees of PT. Tiga Cipta Pariwara, totaling 40 employees as samples. In this study, the sampling used non-prosability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling (census). The results of this study indicate that workload, compensation, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention.
