Abstract

ABSTRAK Penilaian ergonomis kerja salah satunya analisa postur kerja pekerja, karena postur kerja yang tidak alami misalnya mengangkat beban berat,, membungkuk, dan proses kerja 2 kali lipat, dalam waktu yang lama dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan dan nyeri pada anggota tubuh.. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisa postur kerja yang digunakan operator minyak zaitun menggunakan metode RULA dan REBA. Tujuan dari analisis menggunakan metode RULA dan REBA ialah untuk mengetahui posisi kerja yang dilakukan operator tersebut pada saat proses minyak zaitun sudah benar atau terindikasi bermasalah. Setelah di lakukan perhitungan pada bagian operator proses minyak zaitun, terdapat tiga posisi yang rentan terjadinya cidera pada operator. Posisi tersebut adalah saat operator mentranfer bahan minyak , saat menulis batchcard, dan pada saat melakukan proses mixing bahan padat yaitu menaikan bahan dan menuangkan bahan minyak. Jika dibiarkan dan tidak dilakukan perubahan posisi bekerja dapat menimbul cidera serius dan kesehatan pada operator tersebut akan terganggu. Kata Kunci :Postur kerja, Reba, Rula, Ergonomi, Musculoskeletal. ABSTRACT Ergonomic assessment of work, one of which is the analysis of the work posture of workers, due to unnatural work postures such as lifting heavy loads, bending, and double the work process, in a long time can cause discomfort and pain in the limbs. Research conducted aims to analyze the work posture used by olive oil operators using the RULA and REBA methods. The purpose of the analysis using the RULA and REBA methods is to determine the work position carried out by the operator when the olive oil process is correct or has indicated problems. After calculating the operator's olive oil process, there are three positions that are prone to injury to the operator. This position is when the operator transfers the oil material, when writing a batchcard, and when mixing the solid material, which is raising the material and pouring the oil material. If left unchecked and no change in working position can result in serious injury and the health of the operator will be disrupted. Keywords: Work posture, Reba, Rula, Ergonomics, Musculoskeletal.
