Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai kontrak PT. XYZ. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai kontrak PT. XYZ sebanyak 200 pegawai kontrak. Adapun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 160 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kepuasan Kerja This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, compensation and physical work environment on job satisfaction of contract employees at PT. XYZ. The approach taken in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were contract employees of PT. XYZ as many as 200 contract employees. The sample used was 160 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that transformasional leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
