Abstract
Culture is a way of life which includes knowledge, attitudes, behavior, beliefs, arts, ethics, laws, customs and habits. This knowledge is owned and inherited by certain members of society, as a human way to overcome various obstacles and life. One of the results of the work of Sleman Regency in the development of the Central Sleman area related to the development of existing culture in the community is the creation of a Cultural Park in Pandowoharjo Village, Sleman. This place will later become a place for community development and expression in the field of traditional and modern culture. as stated in the Minister of PUPR Regulation No. 22/PRT/M/2018, the Cultural Park is expected to be a reference for the community in terms of building reliability requirements, namely the achievement of safety, health, comfort and convenience in accordance with the technical requirements for building construction. Keywords: Architectural Design, Disability Friendly Building, Cultural Park. Kebudayaan adalah cara hidup yang meliputi pengetahuan, sikap, tingkah laku, kepercayaan, seni, etika, hukum, adat istiadat dan kebisaan. Pengetahuan ini dimiliki dan di wariskan oleh masyarakat tertentu, sebagai cara manusia untuk mengatasi berbagai rintangan dan kehidupan. Salah satu hasil kerja Kabupaten Sleman dalam pengembangan Kawasan Sleman Tengah terkait dengan pengembangan budaya yang ada di masyarakat adalam pembuatan Taman Budaya di Desa Pandowoharjo, Sleman. Tempat ini nantinya akan menjadi tempat pengembangan dan ekspresi masyarakat di bidang budaya tradisional dan modern. Sebagaimana tertuang dalam Peraturan Menteri PUPR No. 22/PRT/M/2018, Taman Busaya di harapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi masyarakat dalam hal persyaratan keandalan bangunan, yaitu tercapainya keselamatan, Kesehatan, kenyamanan dan kemudahan sesuai dengan persyaratan teknis penyelenggaraan bangunan Gedung. Kata Kunci: Perancangan Arsitektur, Bangunan Ramah Disabilitas, Taman Budaya.
