Abstract
This research has the purpose to determine the competitiveness of LeOleh Application against competitors. This study uses data collection techniques with interviews, focus group discussions, company data and literature studies. Data analysis technique use Porter Five Force method through 5 competitive force, there are competitor, potential entry of new competitors, bargaining power of suppliers, bargaining power of buyers, and the potential development of substitute products with the largest total score of 3.6 for the factor of supplier strength and supplier selection. Company data has been taken for knowing the strength of internal and external factors using the SWOT method and the IFE & EFE matrix with a total IFE score of 3.31 and a total EFE score of 2.81 in the IV quadrant which is growth and development. Then for the literature data related to supporting factors, there is influence of lifestyle on product development. From the data above were used to determine the competitive strategy with the focus group discussion method with the founder and LeOleh User Research. Key Words : Porter Five Force, SWOT, IFE & EFE, Competitive Strategy. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui daya saing LeOleh Application terhadap pesaing. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, focus group discussion, data perusahaan dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan konsep Porter Five Force melalui 5 faktor kemampuan bersaing yaitu persaingan antar perusahaan saingan (competitor), potensi masuknya pesaing baru (new entrants), daya tawar pemasok (bargaining power of suppliers), daya tawar pembeli (bargaining power of buyer), dan potensi pengembangan produk-produk pengganti (substitute product) dengan total skor terbesar yaitu 3,6 untuk faktor kekuatan pemasok dan pemilihan pemasok. Data perusahaan yang diambil yaitu tentang kekuatan faktor internal dan eksternal menggunakan metode SWOT dan matriks IFE & EFE dengan skor total IFE sebesar 3,31 dan skor total EFE sebesar 2,81 berada pada kuadran IV yaitu tumbuh dan bina. Kemudian untuk data literatur berkaitan dengan faktor pendukung yaitu tentang pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap pengembangan produk. Dari data-data diatas kemudian ditentukan strategi bersaing dengan metode focus group discussion dengan founder dan LeOleh User Research.
