Abstract
Resilience is the ability of a person to adjust positively, survive and rise again after experiencing difficult and pressing conditions. In this study the authors examined the characteristics and aspects of the background of resilience in women who experienced domestic violence (domestic violence) at Ta'aruf marriages. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques, in order to gather extensive and profound information and data. The number of subjects in this study were 3 (three) people, taken by purposive sampling technique in accordance with the criteria of research subjects that have been predetermined. The results showed that each subject had a different marriage experience. Religiosity and Culture are the main factors that influence the household life of the three subjects, why until now it still survives in domestic violence domestic violence. The motivation that affects the three subjects married to ta'aruf is an understanding of the principle of taaruf as an Islamic marriage by applying Islamic law. Keywords: Resilience, Family, Ta'aruf, Women, Domestic Violence Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk menyesuaikan diri secara positif, bertahan dan bangkit kembali setelah mengalami keadaan yang sulit dan menekan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis meneliti karakteristik dan aspek apa saja yang melatar belakangi resiliensi pada wanita yang mengalami kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) pada pernikahan Ta’aruf. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi, guna mengumpulkan informasi serta data yang luas dan sedalam-dalamnya. Jumlah subyek dalam penelitian ini ada 3 (tiga) orang, diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling sesuai dengan kriteria subyek penelitian yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing subjek memiliki pengalaman pernikahan yang berbeda. Religiusitas dan Budaya merupakan faktor utama yang mepengaruhi kehidupan rumah tangga ketiga subjek, mengapa sampai saat ini masih bertahan dalam kekerasan rumah tangga KDRT. Adapun motivasi yang mempengaruhi ketiga subjek menikah dengan ta’aruf adalah pemahaman tentang prinsip ta’aruf sebagai pernikahan Islami dengan menerapkan syariat Islam.
