Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembangunan yang pesat terutama di negara berkembang berdampak pada meningkatnya aktifitas masyarakat yang berakibat pada kemacetan lalu lintas, meningkatnya polusi udara, pemborosan bahan bakar, dan menurunnya tingkat kenyamanan berlalu lintas. Integrasi transportasi publik merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul. Peningkatan pelayanan dan fasilitas integrasi transportasi publik dapat meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk berpindah dari menggunakan transportasi pribadi menjadi menggunakan transportasi publik. Hal tersebut yang mendasari peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai penilaian kepuasan penumpang terhadap tingkat kinerja pelayanan dan fasilitas transportasi berbasis integrasi di Jakarta (studi kasus Kawasan Integrasi Dukuh Atas) dan mengetahui atribut-atribut yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan penumpang. Metodologi yang peniliti gunakan untuk penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner, yang dibagikan kepada para penumpang transportasi publik di Kawasan Dukuh Atas. Data yang didapat kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Ms. Excel dan SPSS untuk pengujian statistik. Yang selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan untuk mendapatkan atribut-atribut yang dianggap penting melalui analisa Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penumpang melalui analisa Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian mendapatkan hasil nilai CSI sebesar 70,46% yang berarti para penumpang puas dengan tingkat pelayanan dan fasilitas integrasi transportasi di Kawasan Dukuh Atas. Akan tetapi perlu adanya beberapa perbaikan kinerja dari atribut-atribut yang mendapatkan nilai yang rendah, antara lain integrasi jadwal antar transportasi publik dan ketepatan jadwal kedatangan dan keberangkatan transportasi. ABSTRACT Rapid development, especially in developing countries, has an impact on increasing community activities which results in traffic congestion, increased air pollution, waste of fuel, and decreased levels of traffic comfort. The integration of public transportation is one solution to overcome the problems that arise. Improving services and facilities for integrating public transportation can increase people's interest in moving from using private transportation to using public transportation. This is what underlies researchers to conduct research on the assessment of passenger satisfaction on the level of performance of integrated transportation-based services and transportation facilities in Jakarta (a case study of Dukuh Atas Integration Area) and find out the attributes that influence passenger satisfaction. The methodology that the researcher used for this study was to use a questionnaire, which was distributed to public transport passengers in Dukuh Atas Area. The data obtained is then processed using Ms. software. Excel and SPSS for statistical testing. The next step is to calculate the attributes that are considered important through the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis and determine the level of passenger satisfaction through the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis. The conclusion from the research results obtained a CSI value of 70.46% which means that passengers are satisfied with the level of service and transportation integration facilities in Dukuh Atas Area. However, there need to be some performance improvements from attributes that get low scores, including the integration of schedules between public transportation and the accuracy of transportation arrival and departure schedules.
