Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh food destination image, culinary experience, dan food involvement terhadap revisit intention wisatawan lokal di Surabaya, Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang telah mengunjungi kota Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 140 orang, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Hair. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrument penelitian yaitu kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa food destination image tidak berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention, culinary experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention, dan food involvement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Kata Kunci: Food Destination Image, Culinary Experience, Food Involvement, Revisit Intention. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of food destination image, culinary experience, and food involvement on local tourist revisit intention in Surabaya, Indonesia. Population in this research is tourist who has been visited Surabaya.The sample used is 140 person, calculated based on Hair formula. Data collection method is survey methods, using questionnaire as the research instrument. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. This research prives that food destination image did not have impact on revisit intention, culinary experience has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, and food involvement has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention.
