Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, perceived organizational support, self efficacy terhadap employee engagement pada karyawan passenger service PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 102 responden yang merupakan karyawan passanger service PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara budaya organisasi, perceived organizational support, self efficacy terhadap employee engagement pada karyawan passenger service PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement dengan nilai T- Statistic 4.195 (>1.96); perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement dengan nilai T-Statistic 2.695 (>1.96); Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement dengan nilai T-Statistic 6.881 (>1.96). Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Perceived Organizational Support, Self-Efficacy,Employee Engagement. This study aims to analize the effect of organizational culture, perceived organizational support, self-efficacy on employee engagement in passenger service employees of PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data in the study were obtained from 102 respondents who are passanger service employees of PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia. Data analysis in this study used an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM), namely partial least squares (PLS). The first stage in this research is to test the validity of the questions for each of the following variables and their reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between organizational culture, perceived organization support, self-efficacy on employee engagement in passenger service employees of PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value of 4.195 (>1.96); Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value of 2.695 (>1.96); Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value 6.881 (>1.96).
