Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The object of this research is employees who work at PT Induro Internasional production division. The population in this study was 223 employees of PT Induro Internasional production division. The sample used was as many as 70 employees of PT Induro Internasional, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses Simple Random Sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Research shows that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. And job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, and PT Induro Internasional.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Induro Internasional divisi produksi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 223 karyawan PT Induro Internasional divisi produksi. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 70 karyawan PT Induro Internasional, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Simpel Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, dan PT Induro Internasional.
