Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Atribut Service, Online Review dan Daya Tarik terhadap Willingness to Recommendation pada kampung adat Baduy di Banten. Sampel yang di pergunakan adalah sebanyak 140 followers akun instagram my trip my adventure yang telah berkunjung ke kampung adat Baduy, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Hair. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Skala Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dan data diolah menggunakan metode SEM-PLS ( Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) untuk menguji semua hubungan antar variabel Atribut Service, Online Review dan Daya Tarik terhadap variabel Willingness to Recommendation dalam model. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Atribut Service, Online Review dan Daya Tarik terhadap memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Willingness to Recommendation. Kata Kunci :Atribut Service, Online Review, Daya Tarik, Willingness to Recommendation, Kampung Adat. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Atribut Service, Online Review and Attractiveness on Willingness to Recommendation to custom village of Baduy in Banten. The sample used is as many as 140 my trip my adventure followers of instagram account who have visited custom village of Baduy in Banten, calculate based on the Hair formula. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The Measurement Scale in this study uses a likert scale and data analyze method using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square) method to analyze all correlations between variables of Atribut Service, Online Review and Attractiveness and variables of Willingness to Recommendation upon the model. The result of this study indicated that Atribut Service, Online Review and Attractiveness have a positive and significant correlation with variables of Willingness to Recommendation.
