Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Management, Skill, dan Attitude Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek Penelitian Ini Adalah Karyawan PT Sun Life Syariah berlokasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 35 responden dengan menggunakan design penelitian kausal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji instrumen dalam bentuk Uji Validasi dan Uji Realibilitas dengan software smartPLS (Partial Least Square) Versi 3.0. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Knowledge Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Skill berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Attitude berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sun Life Syariah di Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Knowledge Management, Skill, Attitude, Kinerja Karyawan,smartPLS (Partial Least Square). This research was to know to influence Knowledge Management, Skill, and Attitude on Employee Performance. The Object of This Research Are Employees Who Work At PT Sun Life Syariah of Jakarta. This study was conducted on 35 respondents using a causal research design. The analysis technique used for this test is descriptive analysis and test instruments in the form of Validation and Reliability Tests with Version 3.0 of the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. the results of this study indicate that Knowledge Management has a positive effect on Employee Performance, and Skill has a positive effect on Employee Performance, and Attitude has a positive effect on Employee Performance at PT Sun Life Syariah of Jakarta.
