Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengembangan Karir dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT RWood Resources Indonesia (“PT RRI”). Penelitian dilakukan di PT RRI, Jakarta. Populasi berjumlah 35 orang karyawan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis, sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan Parial Least Square. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian perusahaan perlu memperhatikan tentang Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan yang merupakan indikator keberhasilan operasi perusahaan dalam upaya mencapai tujuannya. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kempemimpinan. This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership style, career development and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT RWood Resources Indonesia ("PT RRI"). The research was conducted at PT RRI, Jakarta. A population of 35 employees using a saturated sample. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a quantitative approach and hypothesis testing, while the data analysis method used the Parial Least Square. The results of data analysis in this study prove that (1) leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) career development has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Thus companies need to pay attention to Employee Job Satisfaction which is an indicator of the success of company operations in an effort to achieve its goals. Keywords: Leadership Style.
