Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Dukungan Sosial terhadap Konflik serta dampaknya terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Studi Kasus Karyawan PT. Suryaputra Sarana Cirebon. Pentingnya peranan manusia dalam suatu perusahaan yang apabila salah memanfaatkan tenaga kerja manusia tersebut akan dapat menimbulkan masalah yang sangat rumit, yang justru bisa menghancurkan tujuan perusahaan. Kualitas kinerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor, yaitu : faktor organisasi (kepemimpinan), faktor individu (dukungan sosial) dan faktor psikologis (konflik). Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif bertujuan untuk menguji hasil hipotesis yang sudah ditentukan serta sifatnya eksplanasi untuk mencari hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 97 karyawan PT. Suryaputra Sarana Cirebon Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Variance Based Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap konflik, (2) dukungan sosial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap konflik, (3) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kinerja, (4) dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kinerja, dan (5) konflik berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kinerja. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Kinerja, Konflik, Kepemimpinan, Dukungan Sosial This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership and Social Support on Conflict and its impact on the Quality of Performance Case Study Employees of PT. Suryaputra Sarana Cirebon. The importance of the role of humans in a company, which if one takes advantage of human labor, will cause very complex problems, which can destroy the company's goals. The quality of performance can be influenced by three factors, namely: organizational factors (leadership), individual factors (social support) and psychological factors (conflict). In this study, researchers used quantitative research methods aimed at testing the results of predetermined hypotheses and their explanatory nature to find relationships or influences between variables. The population in this study were 97 employees of PT. Suryaputra Sarana Cirebon The data analysis method used in this study is the Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 program. The results in this study indicate that (1) leadership has a negative and significant effect on conflict, (2) social support has a negative and significant effect on conflict, (3) leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance quality, (4) social support has a positive and significant effect on the quality of performance, and (5) conflict has a negative and significant effect on the quality of performance.
